Vietnamese Tam Tamfood Company and Hanoi Garment and Textile Company displayed their wares at a trade fair held in the Kursk Region, Russia, from June 18-22.

Russian visitors were fascinated with Vietnam’s traditional products, such as lacquer painting, Ao Dai (traditional long dress), coffee, tea, and other handicrafts.

They were also curious about Vietnam’s culture, land and people, and cuisine.

At the event, Kursk provincial authority also recruited 100 Vietnamese labourers to work at Hanoi Garment and Textile Company, member of the Vietnam Textiles and Garments Association in Russia

Alexander Mikhailov, Governor of the Kursk region, said that the fair was a good chance for Vietnamese enterprises to seek business partners and expand their market. He also hoped that they will continue to further promote investment and attend the event in the coming years.

The fair attracted thousands of enterprises from 18 countries and 20 Russian provinces.
